What each condition grade means, and what we stand behind.
Condition grades for used equipment
We rate used miners on a descriptive scale, and suppliers complete a detailed questionnaire about condition and history.

| A | Used, excellent, original packaging | Powered on but free of rust, dust, debris, and residue; run in clean conditions or disassembled, cleaned, and reassembled. Original packaging with matching serials. Components inspected; any non-performance repaired, replaced, or disclosed. |

| B+ | Used, good, original packaging | Powered on and dusted to remove clumps; free of rust; may have a thin layer of dust. Components inspected and verified to run stably. Original packaging, serials may not match. |

Warranty against defects
Under normal use, Kaboomracks warrants that products are substantially free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of delivery and substantially conform to our specifications for that product.
- Notice. Notify us in writing of any non-conforming product within the period stated on your sales order (for used equipment, generally between 14 and 30 days from delivery), describing the problem in reasonable detail. Delivered product is deemed accepted and conforming unless notice is given within that period.
- Remedy. Our obligation, and your sole and exclusive remedy, is repair or replacement of the defective product or, if we cannot repair or replace it after commercially reasonable efforts, or at our option, a refund of the purchase price. Returned defective product becomes our property.
- Returns. We may ask you to return product to our designated facility with a Return Material Authorization form. Where a warranty adjustment is made, we pay return shipping. You pay for returned product that is not defective, together with freight, testing, and handling. Ship the return within 48 hours of receiving our prepaid label.
- Exclusions. No warranty obligation applies where the problem results from environmental or stress testing, misuse, neglect, improper installation, accident, improper repair, operation at voltages other than those specified by the manufacturer, overclocking above nominal rate, ambient temperature outside 41–80°F (5–27°C), non-certified equipment, alteration, modification, storage, transportation, or improper handling.
- Performance. A computing product is deemed to operate within specification if it varies within ten percent (10%) more or less than the stated performance at the manufacturer's nominal voltage.
- Who is covered. The warranty extends to the buyer, not to the buyer's customers, agents, or representatives. It is in place of all other warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.
