What you can count on
Condition grades
Every used lot carries a plain-language grade from "like new" to "unverified but warrantied", so you know what you are buying.
Written warranty
Report a problem in writing within the period stated on your sales order, generally 14 to 30 days from delivery for used equipment. Remedies are repair, replacement, or refund.
Tracked shipping
You get shipping details after payment is confirmed, and updates by email and text until delivery.
Clear payment options
Bank wire, ACH, and approved digital-asset options, set out in advance on your invoice.
