How it works

Tell us which equipment you are interested in.
Register an account
New customers register once. Returning customers do not need to register again. You will receive an email confirmation.
Receive your invoice
We email the invoice for your purchase order to the address on your intake form, with instructions for completing payment.
Pay, then track your shipment
After payment is confirmed you receive shipment information by text and email, and can follow the shipment with the carrier.
Receive, run, and test
We strongly encourage you to run and test all equipment on arrival. You have the period stated on your sales order (for used equipment, generally between 14 and 30 days from delivery) to report any issue or make a warranty claim.

Payment options are on the payments page. We select the freight or parcel mode and partner with carriers; details are on the shipping page. Defective equipment is covered by our warranty.
